Every girl dreams of the moment when she finds "the perfect" wedding dress. They say you just know. Sometimes when you step out of the dressing room your Mom tears up, or your best friend says "that's it," and you know that is the dress you are supposed to be wearing on your wedding day. I was contacted by Lance Xavier of Xavier Photography a few weeks ago THE DAY AFTER this beautiful September 25th wedding with the photos. You have got to love that turnaround time brides! He showcased a wonderful blend of the indoor barn with the rustic refinished hardwood floors and walls and the luscious green grounds here at Pine River Ranch.

Love this shot of all the Bridesmaids! They know how to work the camera! Their green dresses look beautiful with the green manicured lawns at Pine River Ranch.

This is also a great shot for brides who are thinking about using different styles of dresses for their bridesmaids but are not quite sure how it will look! These beautiful bridesmaids look great in their different styles of dresses but Stefanie still outshines them all!

 With 22 acres at your disposal you are guaranteed to get beautiful shots with any scenery. Here is a beautifully lit shot of the bridal couple at our pond. I love the long shadow across the dock.

"Real Weddings" Katie and Dereck

I was lucky to get in touch with fabulous photographer Maija Karin and get some great photos from a wedding she shot last year at Pine River Ranch. Congrats to Katie and Dereck who are almost to their 1 year anniversary, it's kinda fun to look back!

I love this shot! For those of you that don't know how hard it is to get into a wedding dress and veil, it is! I think this captures being stuck in a big pile of lace and tulle perfectly! Pine River Ranch has 2 separate bride and groom suites for you and your party to get ready in so you don't accidentally see each other ahead of time on your big day! It is equipped with an "escape route" pictured below, just in case you change your mind :) So far, we have only used it to get great pictures like this on!

Its all about the shoes!

Kyah (Dereck's daughter...and now Katie's daughter as well ) snuck right in between Katie and Dereck for their first reveal shot and stuck to them the whole time.

The indoor barn at Pine River Ranch is great for the reception site or for an indoor winter ceremony. The twinkle lights hung over the rafters of the cathedral ceiling in the barn make for a beautiful first dance shot every time! I love the way Katie's dress is flowing in this picture.
