Welcome to the beautiful June summer wedding of Jesse and Freya at Pine River Ranch in Leavenworth, Washington. Freya told me they wanted a classy, yet fun wedding and I think they did just that! Their amazing wedding day was planned sight un-seen as Freya had a pending visa application and was not allowed to travel to the states for 11 months leading up to the wedding. Their great attitudes of having fun while planning and not letting the details stress them out led to a fun, and beautiful wedding.
Photographer Daniel Doan described Freya and Jesse’s wedding as: "a warm summer day at the beautiful Pine River Ranch. Located miles away from the nearest town and with 22 acres of land to take take advantage of, Freya and Jesse couldn't have a picked a more intimate venue to celebrate their marriage with their closest friends and family.
They had a lovely outdoor ceremony backdropped by lush meadows and mountains and the reception took place in the upper area of a nearby converted dairy barn. The whole place had a real rustic feel to it and it was fabulous! I had so much fun capturing such a wonderful day!
Let me show you some hugs, laughter and of course, smiles all around! Congratulations!"
Freya chose black bridesmaids dresses with a variety of colored flowers to tie the looks together. She wanted something that wasn't "done over and over" again.
Freya had her dress for a long time before the wedding and said everything just fell into place from there.

Freya wanted her best friend to be included in the wedding party, but Jesse's side was full, so Freya promoted her best friend to be her "man of honor." Personally, I am a huge fan of "breaking traditional lines"
Freya's favorite detail of the day was the fairy lights that hung overhead in the barn.
Their favorite part of the day was sharing the time with their friends and family.
